SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our shipments utilize (AusPost Express). Deliveries are usually completed within 1 to 3 days. Shipments occur exclusively on Mondays. To ensure your order is dispatched on time ALL orders must be placed by 10:00 am (AEST). Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following Monday. For instance, orders made after 10:00 am on Monday will be dispatched 7 days later, orders placed on Friday will ship in 3 days, and orders made on Sunday will be sent the following day.

Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping (limited time offer). Total packaging and delivery costs for an order is a flat rate of $ 20 - to anywhere in Australia. Whether you order 1 fish or 100 fish, the total delivery cost is the same. Once your order has been dispatched, our courier partners will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking takes place on our courier partners website and we cannot control possible delays.

                                                     (Replacements & Credit)

Due to the complexity of packaging and shipping live fish and plants, and our commitment to their health and safety, we cannot accept returns. Please choose your items carefully. We provide a 100% live delivery guarantee. If any part of your order arrives dead or is missing, please photograph it in the original and unopened shipping bag and send it to us. We'll replace or offer a store credit, whichever your preference. Claims must include: Accurate photos of each fish in the original Unopened bags and a group photo of all dead fish outside the bag. Please note that freight/postage costs are non-refundable and cannot be claimed.

Your fish will be carefully packed, in square bottom fish bags, with freshwater and a dose of special shipping solution to reduce the stress that the fish may experience during shipping. We then inject oxygen into the bag and close it off. Your fish are then packed carefully into polyfoam or foam coated boxes to keep them warn and snug during transit
